Gear, apparel & accessory fulfillment: We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you get your order, add the fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Shipping policy
Domestic (USA) Shipping and Fulfillment
Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use USPS to fulfill our main line product orders.
Fulfillment timing: Orders are generally fulfilled next business day but please allow for up to 2 business days. Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday so Friday afternoon and weekend orders will not fulfill until the following Monday morning.
Fulfillment location: We fulfill orders from multiple locations so we may need to ship some order items separately. Our main line products are shipped from Fort Myers, FL.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping lead times can vary greatly and Kingsmen Premium is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kingsmen Premium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or sms notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kingsmenpremium.com with your name or email address, order number and any pertinent details.
