What’s the contest?

We’re looking for Independence Day–themed photos starring our customers. The top 5 entries will win a prize. You can submit a photo of your holiday-decorated beard, a selfie of your epic beard in front of fireworks, or maybe a shot of you enjoying a brewski on a boat while the summer air flows through your beard. We just want you to show off your bearded American pride.

Who can enter?

Any Kingsmen customer with a beard can be the star of the photo. No photo editing is allowed.

How do I enter?

Post your photo on our Facebook page or reply to our contest email (for newsletter recipients) and attach your photo.

The Prizes

• 1st Place: King Sized Beard Kit — Oil, Balm, Butter, Wax, Wash, Conditioner in any scent.
• 2nd Place: Beard Care Kit — Balm or Butter, Oil, Wash & Conditioner in any scent.
• 3rd, 4th, 5th Place: Your choice of one Oil, Balm, or Butter in any scent.
• Winners will be featured in our email newsletter, on our Facebook page, and potentially in future holiday promotions.

What are you using my photo for?

By submitting a photo, you give Kingsmen Beard Club the right to use it in any current and future marketing and communications. We will share the contest winners with our Facebook group and email newsletter. You may also be featured in next year’s summer promotions. We will not sell your photo to any third party.

When is the contest?

Submissions open immediately and close on July 6, 2021, at midnight MST. Winning submissions (top 5) will be posted to the Kingsmen Beard Club Facebook Page and shared in our email newsletter.

How and when will winners be notified?

On or before July 12^th, we will contact winners via Facebook or email.

What is in the fine print?

• Photos must be in their original state and may not be altered in any way (including removing, adding, reversing, distorting, or photoshopping subjects).
• Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prizes, and banned from future contests.
• Entries must be submitted via email or Facebook Messenger. Entries submitted through other channels will be deleted.
• Entries are judged solely by “The King Himself.” All decisions are final.
• The Company may disqualify entries deemed vulgar, inappropriate, or in violation of contest rules.
• By entering, you agree that your photo may be used by Kingsmen Beard Club for advertising purposes.
• No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.
• Prizes are nontransferable and must be claimed by the winner.
• Winners will be contacted via the email or Facebook Messenger used for entry. If no response is received within 5 business days (1 week) after notification, the prize is forfeited.
• The contest is void where prohibited by law.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Entrants agree to hold Kingsmen Beard Club and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers harmless from all claims arising from participation or prize use. The Company is not responsible for lost entries, technical malfunctions, or causes beyond its control.
• Entries must not introduce viruses or malicious software, contain personal attacks, explicit content, advertising, political content, or infringe on third-party rights.
• Kingsmen Beard Club reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest, disqualify disruptive entrants, and make final decisions regarding prize distribution.
